About Boyer Transportation Services
Boyer Transportation Services, Inc. (BTS) purchased Millers Delivery Service (MDS) in the fall of 2003. Since that time BTS has operated the company as a DBA Millers Delivery Service. The company was originally started by Lloyd "Cap" Miller back in 1946, making it one of Fort Wayne's and N.E. Indiana's oldest and most respected local transportation companies.
John Boyer and Jerry Steel, co-owners of Boyer Transportation Services, purchased the company together in 2003 and has continued its operations today. The company provides N.E. Indiana with a diversified combination of delivery and courier services. It mainly operates in a local area of approximately a 90 miles radius. However, the company is equipped to handle regional out of state deliveries.
BTS has a fleet of over 15 vehicles that range in size from small compact vehicles, to full size vans, and all the way up to 24' straight trucks. With over 25 full and part time employees, BTS has the capability of handling all your delivery and courier needs.
Mr. Boyer, who handles all of the day to day operations, has many valuable years in the transportation industry. He has operated many companies in the past with the most recent, before BTS, being an excavating company in N.E. Indiana. |
